Conditions of Sale

By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Conditions of Sale. Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders and Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include credit card or debit card.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2. Proof Approval

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production.
• Chile Media is not responsible for errors in approved proofs, including misspellings, incorrect information, or design errors.
• Delays in proof approval may impact production and delivery timelines.

3. Production and Turnaround Times

• Production times vary by product and begin after proof approval and full payment.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
• Chile Media is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including shipping carrier issues or supply shortages.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.
• Chile Media is not responsible for damage or loss during transit.
• Any delivery dates provided are estimates.

5. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
• If there is a defect in the product or the order does not match the approved proof, Chile Media will work with the customer to provide a reprint or solution at our discretion.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order and before production has started.
• Cancellation fees may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs, artwork, and content created by Chile Media remain the property of Chile Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Customer-provided artwork must not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Chile Media’s liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. By placing an order with Chile Media, you agree to these Conditions of Sale.
